The highest mountain of Thailand. The View is amazing from up there but otherwise i didn't found it that special for the price we payed. We had better views for free!
Farangs have to pay an entryfee of 300Bath for the national park (Thais 50Bath or less how i remember..).
About 15minutes drive from the nationalpark entry you come to a village. We wanted to visite the waterfall there but because of another entryfee we skipped that..

After a short drive you come to a checkpoint where they wanna see your parkticket. There is just one road up there at least on this side of the mountain. Some minutes behind the checkpoint you can visite the temple and the garden. We didn't went there because it was really cold up there. 11degress on the top!!!
And you probably had to pay more entrancefees... But on pictures it looked really nice i guess this is best thing you can do up there.

The road ends by a military checkpoint close before the summit of the mountain. Theres is a parking and that's it.
I red about 2 hikkingtrails and many waterfalls you can visite. But we just wanted to go down again because of the cold weather!

You mostly have to pay some entrancefees for nice places (waterfalls, viewpoints) in Thailand which are visited frequently by tourist or locals. We often made a Uturn by that because you still find many nice unknown places wich are free to visit.

We found it overrated but we also not saw everything in this national park.
